  • TREN e-docs are Electronic Documents formatted for you to view easily with your own personal computer. e-docs are in PDF format but require a special plugin from FileOpen. e-docs are made to be convenient and to cut down the cost of your research but are made specifically for your computer and will not work on another.

   

• How do I get an e-doc?
  • TREN e-docs are easy to obtain:
    • First search our e-docs database for the document you are looking for.
    • Next add the e-doc to your shopping cart.
    • Purchase the e-docs with your credit card on our secure server
    • Download and read the e-docs

• How do I download the e-docs I purchase?
  • You can access your e-docs at anytime after you purchase them. They are stored on our server.
  • Just login to your account with your username and password.
  • If you lost your password just click the button that will send your lost password to you.

   

• How can I open the e-docs I purchase?
  • Purchase the e-docs
  • Download the e-docs
  • Make sure you have the required software installed (Listed below)
  • Double-click on the e-doc
  • You may be asked to login to our server to access the e-doc
  • That is it!

  • A computer with Windows 95/98 or better.
